As well as a trusted business advisor and highly experienced consultant, Stephen is a dynamic and passionate leader and acts as mentor and NED to a number of companies and organisations such as Enterprise Ireland, Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment and the Science Foundation of Ireland.
He is a proven CEO, working with Vodafone, 02, Orange France, Cable & Wireless and Digicel.
Vast Experience .
As a consultant, he was Executive Vice President with Alexander Proudfoot part of the Managing Consulting Group plc, founded in Chicago in 1946 and operates globally focused on providing strategies which improve financial and operational performance.
His roles have focussed on sales and customer experience within B2C and B2B in the technology, communications, retail, business services and distribution sectors in highly competitive and hostile markets.
Additionally, he planned and delivered major infrastructure and service projects within the UK, France, Ireland and the Caribbean.
He was Global Sales Director for Acision (Atlantic Bridge), recently Executive CMO for Tekelec (acquired from Siris Capital by Oracle for $1,35 billion) responsible for international growth.
In his early career, he secured the UK distribution rights for Apple Computer later selling the company to become Apple Computer UK where he served on the Board.

Founder & CEO
Stephen is a successful combination of proven CEO and C level corporate Board executive for Vodafone (Eircell), Telefonica, Orange France, Cable & Wireless and Digicel. Now an active Interim CEO/Managing Director, Board Advisor , mentor and Chair/ NED with both UK , Irish and extensive International experience.
He delivers on strategy and planning and its functional and timely execution in order to “move the needle”. He adopts a hands-on approach to accelerate change.
He demonstrates leadership through an understanding of Board, stakeholder and management team dynamics, service delivery and people behaviours.
